Do you accept our group covenant? *

A Group Covenant is our way to express the common expectations and standards of the group you are entering. We place great value and importance on being "real" and "transparent." A few key components of giving ourselves permission to do that is the reassurance that our transparency is in an environment of safety, that our audience is consistent, and that we have a common goal of growth in the direction of Christ. Please read & agree to the Group Covenant below. Each member of the group you are joining has agreed to these standards so you can begin with a foundation of basic trust even if you've never met. I understand that in every group, there is limited space. Space was made for me, so I will commit to attending each meeting to the best of my ability. I will do all that is in my power to arrive on time, as to be respectful to those who surround me. It is my goal to be grown, and to help grow others. Therefore, I will be accountable to the group around me, and will help to hold them accountable. I understand that growth also comes from a place of honesty and vulnerability. So, I will be open to share, and be trustworthy with others' vulnerabilities. I refuse to share others' secrets, but promise to pray for them as we grow. I will not be divisive, refuse to operate in gossip, and will speak in a positive and honoring fashion about everyone, including our church leadership and staff as I strive for unity in this group and with our church-and hold accountable those who do not. We're going to meet together, laugh together, learn together, challenge one another, protect one another, have fun together, grow together and be better together!
